TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Order:
When you order jewelery from Cassí Copenhagen, it will always take up to a week before your jewelery is sent away. This is because all of our jewelry is handmade in a limited number. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail stating the above as well. When your order is sent, you will receive both an SMS and an e-mail from DAO, which tells you that your package has been handed in and will soon be sent to either your address or a parcel shop.
Payment:
Cassí Copenhagen reserves the right to make price errors and delivery failures from our suppliers.
We offer several possible payment methods. However, the most secure is to pay by debit card. We accept MasterCard and MasterCard Debit.
Payment by electronic payment card is made by an encrypted SSL payment system for secure and confidential payment.
Prices:
All prices shown on the website are incl. 25% Danish VAT and stated in Danish kroner (DKK). Please note that the price at the time of ordering will be the applicable price for the purchase.
Delivery:
At Cassí Copenhagen, we always send our packages insured with tracking number. We do this with the delivery company DAO, which notifies you by both SMS and e-mail when there is news about your package. Your package will be delivered to your address or in a parcel shop near you, and when you receive an SMS or an e-mail that it is ready for collection, just bring the code that you have received with your SMS or e -mail.
The expected delivery time with DAO is 3-5 weekdays, and the price for this delivery is DKK 35-39.
Please note that we do not ship packages abroad at this time.
Right of withdrawal:
At www.cassicopenhagen.com you have a 14-day full right of withdrawal valid from the day you receive the item.
You can either return the jewelry and get your money back or exchange it for a voucher. However, please note that we only refund the refund amount to the card and the cardholder who originally made the purchase.
When to return an item, it is important that you send it back in the same condition and in the same original jewelry box and packaging as when you received the jewelry. The jewelry must be sent with an insured delivery company (preferably DAO) to the following address:

You must bear the shipping costs in connection with the return or exchange of the item.
Refund:
When we receive your return package, we will process it as soon as possible within 7 days. Please note that we only refund the refund amount to the card and cardholder who originally made the purchase.
Complaint:
When you shop at Cassí Copenhagen, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint in accordance with to the Purchase Act. This means to you either able to few repaired, switched,
money back or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
Is the damage to the item occurred as a result of incorrect handling on the part of the customer, it is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaints regarding defects must be notified to cassicopenhagen@gmail.com within a reasonable time after receipt of the item (max. 2 months).
If the complaint is justified, we will refund of course your (reasonable) shipping costs.
Privacy Policy:
We do not resell or pass on personal information to others. This information is only registered in our customer directory and you can have your information deleted at any time if desired.
When we must send your ordered goods, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The only purpose we have with this personal information is to be able to deliver the item correctly to you.
At Cassí Copenhagen, you always have the right to object to the registration of your personal information. In addition, you also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you.
